At Uproar Custom, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers. While we strive for complete satisfaction, we understand that returns may be necessary. Please review our policy carefully, as some products are non-refundable.

Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns on most unopened, unused, uninstalled, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Also As Long As Product Doesn't Fall Under Our Non-Refundable Product section, To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and in brand-new condition.

  • All included hardware, accessories, and documentation must be returned.

Non-Refundable Items

The following products are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Electronics, lighting, and wiring components (due to the risk of installation damage)

  • Any item that has been installed, used, or modified Or Opened

  • Products that are missing parts, accessories, or original packaging

  • Falls Under Non Refundable In Description 

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit. 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for incorrect or defective items. If you need a different product, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for faster processing.
