Processing & Shipping Times

  • Any orders placed after 5PM Will Be Processed The Following Day
  • Any orders over the weekend will be processed that following Monday

  • Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time.

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending per product 

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

  • Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (details at checkout).

Tracking & Delivery

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.
