Improve cooling performance and maintain consistent power with the CSF Twin Charge-Air Cooler Set. Designed for S63-powered BMW F90 M5 and F9X M8 models, this system increases charge-air cooling capacity to help control intake-air temperatures during high-boost driving, repeated acceleration runs, and demanding performance use.
Using CFD analysis and extensive testing, CSF developed the largest liquid-to-air intercooler cores that could fit within the factory locations. The custom-designed cores offer approximately 100% more cooling capacity than the factory units while maintaining vehicle-specific fitment.
The one-piece construction integrates the charge-pipe section directly into each cooler, creating a stronger and more efficient system with fewer connection points.
